Launch of Phase II of the oil extraction complex at the "Tatarskzernoproduct" grain elevator facility Project scope: Commissioning of additional capacity for rapeseed crushing, with a daily throughput of 100 tonnes of raw material. Objective: To diversify exports by shifting from the trading of raw commodities (oilseeds) to the supply of high-margin finished products (rapeseed oil and meal). The project aims to integrate the holding company into the value chains for end products within the People's Republic of China—a market of strategic priority.

Expansion of container yard capacity for dispatching block trains from a grain elevator’s rail sidings Project scope: Development of a specialized container yard within the grain elevator’s premises, integrated with private rail sidings and equipped to handle the full cycle of container operations. Objective: To establish the operational capability to increase the volume of container block trains dispatched directly from the grain elevator’s rail sidings, bypassing external terminals and intermediate logistics stages.

Scaling and optimization of railway infrastructure Project Scope: Integration of new private-use receiving and departure tracks—totaling 1,544 linear meters—into the enterprise’s logistics system and their subsequent commissioning for operational use. Objective: To accelerate railcar turnaround and eliminate infrastructure bottlenecks at the grain elevator. The project establishes the technical capability to assemble and regularly dispatch dedicated block trains, thereby optimizing logistics costs for large-scale export shipments.
